Consultant (HKFMI)

• University degree in finance, business or related fields
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in international / domestic bond settlement and payment system operation in Hong Kong
• Solid experience in leading system development projects, including providing user requirements, reviewing functional specifications and participating in UAT, e.g. preparing test plan / test cases and managing testing activities
• Profound knowledge of the operation of local and international debt securities settlement systems, as well as payment systems in Hong Kong including RTGS and FPS
• Good understanding of Mainland’s FMI an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with sound business sense and logical thinking
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
